Winchester Community Mental Health Center, Inc. offers Partial Hospitalization Program and Intensive Outpatient Program to help avoid hospitalization or as a transition from the hospital into the community.  Although we specialize in geriatrics, the program also covers a broad spectrum of community needs, and is not limited to the elderly. 

Immediate Partial Hospitalization Program admission may be possible as part of your hospital discharge plan.
